Mitsui Chemicals International Symposium on Catalysis Science (MICS2009)
Mitsui Chemicals held the “First Mitsui Chemicals International Symposium on Catalysis Science (MICS2003)” in 2003. Since then, the symposia have been held biennially. “The Fourth Mitsui Chemicals International Symposium on Catalysis Science (MICS2009)” was held on March 11-12, 2009 under the theme of “Catalysis Science and Its Contribution to Future Human Development”.

Greening the Deserts of Inner Mongolia (2010 Activities)
The project to green the deserts of Inner Mongolia began in 2007. Mitsui Chemicals hopes to apply its vast technologies and products to contribute to desert greening. The video shows the April 2010 visit to Inner Mongolia and the second stage of this project.
