Our Fabricated Products Business Sector develops, manufactures, and sells film/sheets and nonwoven fabrics.
We are aiming to expand our film and sheet operations, particularly via Mitsui Chemicals Tohcello, in areas such as energy, IT, and packaging films and sheets, while also creating next generation functional films based on our proprietary material and processing technologies. In terms of nonwoven fabrics, we are looking to harness our superior spinning technology and product design capabilities to reinforce and expand our operations within the Asian hygiene product market, which is expected to grow rapidly in the future.
