Uses
Add Mitsui Hi-WAX and pigment to the three-roll-mill to make up color base.
Availability
It is possible to manufacture high content color masterbatches because Hi-WAX is compatible with pigment and expresses excellent kneading behavior into the higher shear of the extruder.

Uses
Add PVC powder, stabilizer, calcium, calcium stearate and Mitsui Hi-WAX to the twin screw extruder
Availability
It is possible to express excellent slip properties and prevent from degradation of PVC because Hi-WAX affects between the surface of the molder and melting PVC.
Extrusion: Saving power consumption and increasing productivity.
Injection: Improving the appearance of the molding.

Slip Agent for PVC
Release agent for toner
Uses
Add binder resin, pigments, CCA (Charge control agent) and Mitsui Hi-WAX to the kneader, then pulverize to make up toners.
Availability
It is possible to give anti-offset to a fixing roll because Hi-WAX can be formed wax lubricant film on the fixing roll.

Release Agent for Toner
Textile treatment agent
Uses
Disperse Mitsui Hi-WAX in the hot water to make up wax emulsion. Immerse textiles in the emulsion to attach wax on the surface of the textile, then dry heating.
Availability
It is possible to improve high-speed sewing, tear strength and texture.
