You can take our free shuttle bus in the morning and evening on both routes below.
- Tokyo Station (Yaesu South Exit, Kajibashi Parking Lot) ⇔ Kazusa Akademia Hall

Route 1:
Tokyo Station (Yaesu South Exit, Kajibashi Parking Lot) ⇔ Kazusa Akademia Hall
- Seat reservation is required for the " Route 1 Bus ".
Please reserve the bus on the registration page of our website.→The reservation for the "Route 1 Bus" was closed. - Guests are advised to make reservation as early as possible to obtain seats.
As soon as the seats are occupied, the reservation for the buses will be closed. - Please show your Registration Confirmation Letter when you board the "Route 1 Bus."
(Your Registration Confirmation Letter will be sent automatically by e-mail after you register on our website. Please print out for boarding.) - All buses depart on schedule.
- Due to traffic conditions, buses may not arrive at the starting time of the symposium.

Kisarazu Station (East Exit) ⇔ Kazusa Akademia Hall
- Seat reservation is not required for the "Route 2 Bus".
- At the station, a bus conductor will guide you to your bus.

8:50am - 10:00am (approximately at 10 min. intervals), 11:00am, 12:00am (noon)
