Preserving Air Quality

Of the hazardous air pollutants specified under the Air Pollution Control Act, we are particularly focused on reducing emissions of priority substances that pose a significant health risk.
Substantial reductions were secured through to fiscal 2010 with the Group achieving its target of less than 3,000t/y. Over the ensuing period, successful steps have been taken to maintain and control emissions at this level.
