I am the group leader in the area of new product development in polymetric science in Mitsui Chemicals. My passion lies in launching new project to develop new businesses.
My most memorable moments while working in Mitsui Chemicals include the moment when I saw the products which I had developed materializing in the company’s plants.
I also had a hand in restructuring the R&D arm of the company in order to strengthen the business and product development.
